You can get it on the SQL Server Sample Database CodePlex website. Getting this was actually harder than installing SQL Server 2012.
As a workaround, you can delete the existing database and do a restore. It is probably best if you install the same database I am using, which is the AdventureWorks2012 sample database. You get this error when you are trying to do restore with REPLACE option. RESTORE DATABASE is terminating abnormally.
